Designed and developed by the O.E. supplier to MG Rover in 2002. The original hood was very unsecure, it leaked water into the car between the rear window and the hood section and the plastic rear window became cloudy and scratched very quickly. The Sportster hood is totally sealed against water ingress and the heated glass rear screen means that your rear vision is always clear. The hood comes complete with the electrical cable to connect it to the heated rear window demister switch.(All cars have heated window wiring, however some cars may need to have the switch and relay installed.)
